Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OxPay mobile application and related services (collectively, “OxPay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OxPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OxPay.

1) Important Disclosures

• Non-custodial: OxPay is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, custody, or control your private keys, seed phrase, or digital assets.
• You are responsible: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet credentials, seed phrase, and any transactions you authorize.
• No financial advice: OxPay does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information displayed is for informational purposes only.
• Blockchain risk: Digital assets and blockchain networks involve risk, including loss of funds due to user error, third-party actions, or network issues.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use OxPay where it is prohibited.

3) Wallet & Transactions

• You control your wallet and authorize transactions. Transactions are generally irreversible once broadcast to a blockchain.
• OxPay may provide access to third-party services (e.g., swaps, on-ramps/off-ramps, token data). Those providers’ terms apply.
• Network fees (“gas”) and third-party fees may apply. OxPay may display estimated fees, but actual fees can vary.

4) Rewards, Cashback, Points, Referrals

OxPay may offer rewards, cashback, points, or referral incentives (“Rewards”). Rewards are optional features and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

• We may set eligibility rules (e.g., minimum activity, anti-fraud checks, limits).
• Attempts to abuse Rewards (multiple accounts, automated farming, self-referrals, etc.) may result in disqualification.

5) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use OxPay for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the app or networks.
• Use automated scripts/bots to manipulate usage, Rewards, or referral systems.

6) Third-Party Services & Links

OxPay may integrate or link to third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms and privacy policies.

7) Intellectual Property

OxPay and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OxPay for personal lawful purposes.

8) Disclaimers

OxPay is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from or related to your use of OxPay.

Without limiting the above, we are not responsible for losses due to: user error, lost seed phrase, unauthorized access to your device, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain/network congestion, or third-party service failures.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OxPay and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of OxPay or violation of these Terms.

11) Changes to OxPay or These Terms

We may update OxPay and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware/United State , without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware/United State, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
